nami heads for the garden with her basket, once there she looks around deciding what vegetables she wishes to pick for Master's dinner this evening. She takes up a small stick and digs into the ground to gather some potatoes, and some carrots. once she has enough of these to last a couple of days she turns to some of the other vegetables, she desides to pick some peas and some peppers and onions. This done she then looks over to the flower garden that has not been tended for a bit and makes a note that she needs to take better care of it, as it has had very little care since cyn left. She goes over to it and picks a few of the flowers that are still there and adds these to her basket, she then turns and walks into the house. She places her basket on the counter and taking up a pail walks to the waterbarrel and fills the pail full of the clean cold water and takes this carefully to the wash basin where she pours the water from the pail, she then adds the vegetables that she picked to the water and washes them thoroughly and carefully. She then lifts the veggies out of the water and places them on the counter and taking a knife starts slicing them into little cubes, once she is done with this she reaches beneath the counter and lifts a medium sized kettle up to the top of the counter and she places the vegetables inside, she then walks over to the chillery and bracing herself for the blast of cold air she opens the door, walks in and looks around to see what is in good supply. she sees a large slab of verr, taking this she looks and finds some verr cheese and takes it as well, done she leaves the chillery and shuts the door firmly so as none of the chill air will escape and she walks to the counter and lays the meat on a cutting board and starts to slice it into cubes as well, once she is finished with that she adds the meat to the veggies and taking the kettle in her hands she walks over to the hearth and ladels water out of the cauldron of warm water into her kettle, she hangs the kettle on a hook in the hearth and then stirs it once, she then places the lid upon the kettle and makes sure that it fits tightly against the kettles opening so the water in the soup will not boil away. She returns to the counter and slices the cheese and then places it upon a tray and covers it with a clean repcloth, she then walks over to the servery shelves and she takes a bowl and then turning she opens the container of rice and places a measure of rice into the bowl, she then walks over to the counter and takes another kettle from under the counter and she pours the measure of rice in the kettle, this done she takes the kettle to the hearth and adds hot water from the cauldron to equal two times the measure of rice that she placed into the kettle and this she hangs upon a hook in the corner of the hearth so it will simmer and not cook as fast as the soup that way it will not burn. Smiling she walks over to the counter and cleans any traces of her making a mess.
